Each class is structured around a variety of exercises, with the three key movements being squats, deadlifts and hip thrust, all designed to challenge your body. Our coaching model and modifications make the class accessible to everyone, whether you're a beginner or an experienced class goer. Along with a supportive community of like-minded individuals we will help you stay motivated and inspired throughout your fitness journey.
