POWERLIFTING

Powerlifting is one of our core strength sports classes. The sport involves three main lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. The goal is for athletes to lift as much weight as possible for a single repetition in each movement. Powerlifting builds strength, gains muscle mass, improves athletic performance, sets and achieves personal goals, and relieves stress. It’s a challenging and rewarding sport that offers physical, mental, and emotional benefits.
