STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
S&C classes are typically 45 minutes to 1 hour long. Workout varies daily and will be scaled to your level. Classes are directed by a coach who will guide you through your daily workout in a safe and effective way.
What to bring?
We are firm believers in an ego-free community, the most important thing you can bring to any class is a good and supportive attitude.
Appropriate sporting attire is necessary for our classes, we recommend a flat hard shoe (Reebok Nano, Nike Metcons, Vans, Chuck Taylors etc.). For outerwear, we recommend any comfortable clothing which will not inhibit you to jump, squat, run and lift.
Class in-house rules
For your safety and to maintain the high quality of our classes we recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your class starts. Class check-ins will close for anyone arriving 10 minutes after the class has started and the booking will be cancelled.
