WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a non-barbell class structured around a variety of exercises, from running, rowing, biking, to wall balls, kettlebell swings and many more. Every class is different and you will be tackling a different workout each time. During the class the goal is to work at a steady pace for an extended period of time, challenging yourself to go further and with each session you do.
