Not your average ass and abs class: Strong Peach is a strength and conditioning class that is split into three portions with a barbell focus. Squat, deadlift and hip thrust are the primary movements for lower body. Pull up, barbell row and bench for upper body. Then, finish up with cardio.

Powerbuff Girls is a hybrid between powerlifting and bodybuilding. This class implements the three main lifts from powerlifting, which are squat, bench, and deadlift. The bodybuilding portion focuses on hypertrophy training, which emphasizes muscle growth
