Provisional Schedule -

Session 1 - Group B Women (51-100 percentile of entry)

7 AM - 9 AM - Weigh-ins

9 AM - 11 AM - Lifting

​

Session 2 - Group A Women (0-50 percentile of entry)

9 AM - 11 AM - Weigh-ins

11 AM - 1 PM - Lifting

​

Session 3 - Group B Men (51-100 percentile of entry)

11 AM - 1 PM - Weigh-ins

1 PM - 3 PM - Lifting

Session 4 - Group A Men (0-50 percentile of entry)

1 PM - 3 PM - Weigh-ins

3 PM - 5 PM - Lifting

Awards -

1) Medals will be given out for the Top 3 males and females for Open

and Masters (35+ years old) divisions by Sinclair

2) Certifications will be given out to the Top 3 athletes for each weight class

3) Sponsored prizes will be announced on a later date

​

Registration Fees -

500 baht for Iron Hive members & 800 baht for non-members

​

Competition shirt is included with registration for free. Please mark your size.

Eligibility Requirements -

This is an open competition, in which there are no qualifying totals.
