Our 8 week program is designed to equip you with the tools and knowledge to become the best version of yourself. By combining strength training principles with nutrition and habit coaching we believe that this program will activate the mindset you need to make your health and fitness journey last a lifetime.

INITIAL
CONSULTATION

All participants will receive a consultation session with Coach Patcha. After the consultation participants will receive a personalized training program, nutrition guidelines and set habit goals.

 All participants will be able to book up to 13 private personal training sessions with Coach Patcha. These sessions are designed to help elevate your progress by working one-to-one with our programme instructor. 

Additionally, you will also participate in 3 private classes with all challenge takers. This is an opportunity to meet like minded people, make new friends and have fun training together.

In the course of the program, participants will undertake various inBody and strength assessments. After completion of the program you will be given various resources to refer back to during your training, moreover you will be able to access the challenge group chat to ask any questions you may have on your future training.

Nutrition & Hydration

Consists of weekly check-ins; guide on tracking meals/dietary intake; individualised nutrition recommendations

Daily Activity Level

Staying active on your feet throughout the day has an impact not only on your mental health but is also beneficial towards your overall health

Your Sleep & Rest Time

As part of stress management, sleep and rest affect your training recovery. Both aspects will be taken into consideration when customizing your program

Body Analysis

Physique and weight monitoring every two week

MEET YOUR COACH

PATCHA
NITIAHPAPAND

Patcha Nitiahpapand is a former legal associate and now a certified specialist in sports nutrition (ISSA) and personal trainer (NASM). She’s also a powerlifter, representing the U52kg women’s class. She’s competed in local and international competitions and holds 2 national records. 

 

Prior to powerlifting, she was never athletic or enjoyed playing sports. She struggled with eating and having a healthy relationship with food. Through powerlifting, Patcha’s outlook/mindset towards fitness changed and she now uses food as a tool to support her powerlifting.

 

Her mission is to empower women by inspiring them to lift weights and learn how to eat for their goals.
