CHALLENGE

The body armor challenge will span 6 weeks and focus on building functional strength, agility and endurance.  The training in this program will borrow from aspects of tactical fitness in order to improve the individual’s strength, endurance and power.

2 personal training sessions a week. 2 of which will be fitness test oriented to determine base level fitness and progress

MEET YOUR COACH

SHANNON
WHITEHEAD

Ex attorney from South Africa turned coach and personal trainer. Coach Shannon came from an OCR (obstacle course racing) background and ran professionally for 5 years during his legal career. He finally decided to move to Thailand to follow his passion for fitness full-time.

He is a NASM certified personal trainer with specialist certificates in MMA conditioning and child fitness, as well as a CrossFit L1 coaching certificate. His passion for fitness encompasses many different disciplines from all spheres of fitness having trained within the realm of endurance and more recently the realms of strength and CrossFit.
